    Right of Withdrawal & Returns

    You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

    • Return costs are covered by the customer.

    • A 19€ return fee will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective.

    • Uncollected packages will be charged for return shipping.

    • For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies to sealed goods (e.g., perfume, cosmetics, hygiene products) where the seal has not been broken.

    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders, food products, or tailor-made items.
