    We ship worldwide with trackable delivery via UPS or another carrier.

    Returns

    1. Right of Withdrawal

    You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item, provided the product is unused and the original packaging is intact.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Special/custom orders

    • Perishable goods

    • Electronic components that have been used

    • Sale/clearance items

    2. Return Process

    1. Email us at 📩 with your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. Fill out our withdrawal form, place it in the package, and also email us a copy.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll get a confirmation by email.

    4. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the return is approved.

    All returns must be sent with trackable shipping. Remember to send us the tracking number and shipping receipt.

    3. How to Return an Item

    • Pack the product well to avoid damage in transit.

    • Clearly label the package with your name, phone number, and order number.

    4. Return Costs

    • For returns under the right of withdrawal, the customer pays the return shipping.

    • A 19€ shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

    • If the item is defective or you file a valid claim, we cover the return shipping.

    5. Uncollected Packages

    Packages that are not collected and are returned to us will be charged for return shipping. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information when placing the order.


    Refunds & Exchanges

    • Refunds are typically issued within 1–3 business days after the return is approved.

    • Exchanges are available; the customer pays the return shipping for exchanges.


    Import Responsibility

    For orders shipped from warehouses outside your country, the buyer is considered the importer and is responsible for any customs duties and taxes. Please check the applicable regulations in your country before ordering.

    Our products comply with Norwegian and EU standards. Any country-specific import requirements into Norway are the customer’s responsibility.
