Shipping and Returns
We offer fast and reliable shipping for all our products within USA:
- Domestic deliveries: Our products are shipped with trackable shipping via PostNord. Delivery time is usually 1-4 business days if the product is in stock.
- International deliveries: If the product is not available in our US warehouse, it will be shipped from our international warehouse with trackable shipping. Delivery time is typically 3-12 business days, provided no issues arise.
Please note: For deliveries from our international warehouse, import fees may apply, which are the customer's responsibility to cover.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, provided that:
- The packaging is intact.
- The product is unused.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Sealed perfume bottles, makeup, and hygiene products are only eligible if the seal is unbroken.
- Custom-made products, perishable goods, or specially manufactured items.
- Used electronic components.
- Sale items are not eligible for open purchase or exchange.
2. How to return a product:
- Contact customer service: For quicker processing, email us at Support@skogshjerte.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Withdrawal form: Fill out and include the withdrawal form in your package and email a copy to us.
- Packaging: Securely pack the product to avoid damage during transit. Clearly label the package with your name and order number.
- Send the return: Returns must always be sent with trackable shipping. Provide us with the tracking number and proof of shipment via email.

3. Costs and Refunds
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any export or import fees, for withdrawal of purchase.
- Defective products: If you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact us for assistance with a claim.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method.
4. Uncollected Packages
For packages that are not collected and returned to us, a fee of 10 dollars will be charged for return shipping.

We offer various delivery methods, including home delivery. If the package is too large for your mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest service point, and you will receive a notification for collection.
Consumer Rights
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days by notifying us in writing. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, an administrative fee of 8 € may apply.
Import Responsibility
The customer is responsible as the importer of the goods and for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing your order.
