    Returns and Refunds

    • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving your product, provided the packaging is undamaged and the product is unused.
    • To initiate a return, email us at Support@skogshjerte.com, and we’ll assist you.

    Exceptions:

    • Sealed perfumes, makeup, and hygiene products are only eligible for return if the seal is intact.
    • Custom-made, perishable, or specially manufactured items cannot be returned.
    • Sale items are not eligible for open purchase or exchanges.

    Uncollected packages returned to us will incur a return shipping fee of 7 dollars.

    Buyer Responsibility

    • Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
    • If a product is returned due to an error on our part, contact us for assistance in filing a claim.

    Import Responsibility

    The person placing the order is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may arise in connection with importing the product. We recommend that you review and understand your local customs regulations and import rules before placing an order.
